Wisp operates the website at wispclean.co and provides premium mobile detailing and ceramic-care services in the Miami area. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it when you visit our site, contact us, request a quote, or book service.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us and limited information collected automatically when you use the website.

Contact and inquiry information

When you submit a contact form, quote request, membership inquiry, property-manager inquiry, or similar form, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Preferred contact method
  • Neighborhood or service area
  • Company, building, community, or property name if relevant
  • The message, request, or notes you send us

Applicant and recruiting information

When you submit the Careers form, we may collect information needed to review your interest in Wisp roles, including:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and Miami area or neighborhood
  • Role interest, relevant background, availability, and work-authorization response
  • Resume, LinkedIn, portfolio, or work-example links you provide
  • Your message about why Wisp may be a fit
  • Consent to be contacted about recruiting, interview scheduling, and related applicant follow-up

Careers v1 is link-only. Please do not upload files or send sensitive personal information that is not needed for an initial recruiting review.

Booking information

When you book or request a mobile detailing appointment, we may collect details needed to price, schedule, and complete the service, including:

  • Vehicle year, make, model, size, color, and general condition
  • Service requested, preferred date and time, and lead source
  • Service address, parking type, condo or building details, gate or access notes, and where the technician can work
  • Water and power availability, if needed for the selected service
  • Photos or videos you upload or send before, during, or after service
  • Notes about pet hair, staining, odors, mold, flooding, biohazard concerns, or other condition issues that affect pricing or safety

Website and analytics information

Like most websites, we may collect basic technical and usage information, such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser, device, and operating system information
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, referral sources, and approximate location derived from your device or IP address
  • Cookie or similar analytics identifiers

We use this information to understand site performance, improve our pages, measure marketing, and protect the site from abuse.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to questions and quote requests
  • Schedule, confirm, update, and complete appointments
  • Review vehicle condition and service access before arrival
  • Estimate pricing, timing, and whether a vehicle needs special handling
  • Send appointment reminders, arrival updates, follow-ups, receipts, review requests, and service-related messages
  • Manage membership, ceramic-care, and property-manager inquiries
  • Review Careers submissions, evaluate potential fit, schedule recruiting conversations, and communicate about applicant follow-up
  • Improve our website, services, customer experience, and marketing
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, unsafe service conditions, or misuse of our forms
  • Comply with legal, tax, insurance, payment, and recordkeeping obligations

Email and SMS communication

By submitting a form, requesting a quote, booking service, or submitting Careers interest, you agree that Wisp may contact you by email, phone, or SMS about your request, appointment, membership, property-manager inquiry, recruiting follow-up, interview scheduling, or related service/applicant follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop non-essential marketing messages at any time, but we may still send service-related messages about active bookings, payments, safety, applicant review, or account matters.

Photos and vehicle documentation

Photos are important for mobile detailing. We may use vehicle photos you provide, or photos taken by a Wisp technician, to:

  • Document the vehicle’s starting condition
  • Confirm completed work
  • Review stains, damage, access issues, or service limitations
  • Support customer service, training, insurance, payment, or dispute records
  • Create before-and-after or process content for marketing, when appropriate

We do not intend to publish photos that clearly identify you, your home address, license plate, or other private details without permission or reasonable masking. If you want a photo removed from Wisp marketing, email us and we will review the request.

Third-party tools we use

We use trusted third-party tools to run the business. At launch, these include:

  • Trafft for booking, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and related booking workflows.
  • SwipeOne for customer relationship management, lead follow-up, inquiry routing, and communication workflows.
  • Server-side webhook/automation providers for Careers submission routing when the Careers form is enabled.

These providers may process your information for us so they can provide their services. Their own privacy practices also apply when your information is handled inside their systems. We may add, replace, or remove vendors as the business grows, but we aim to use tools that are appropriate for a local service business and limit access to what is needed.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as needed with:

  • Booking, CRM, analytics, hosting, email, SMS, payment, recruiting, webhook, or operations providers
  • Wisp staff, technicians, contractors, applicant reviewers, or vendors who need the information to provide service or evaluate applicant fit
  • Property managers, building staff, or authorized contacts when needed to coordinate access and service
  • Professional advisers, insurers, banks, payment processors, or tax providers
  • Government, legal, or safety authorities when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, customers, technicians, or property

Data retention

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including booking history, customer service, applicant review, recruiting follow-up, accounting, tax, insurance, safety, and legal records. Vehicle condition photos, service notes, applicant links, and communications may be retained when they help document service quality, access, pricing, damage claims, future care recommendations, or recruiting decisions.

When information is no longer needed, we will delete it, de-identify it, or keep it only in backups or records where deletion is not practical or legally required.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of personal information we maintain about you. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, insurance, payment, safety, or dispute reasons.

You can also:

  • Opt out of non-essential marketing emails or SMS messages.
  • Disable cookies or similar controls in your browser, though parts of the site may work differently.
  • Ask us not to use your vehicle photos in public marketing.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards for a small service business. No website, form, SMS thread, email account, or third-party platform can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your service.

Children’s privacy

Wisp’s services are intended for vehicle owners, drivers, property managers, and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, tools, or legal requirements change. The version posted on this page is the current version.
